EDM

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a thermal process widely used in making blow molds. This affordable, quick process allows complex shapes to be "burned" into the hard metal surface of the mold relatively quickly. Intricate textures or lettering are also created using EDM. Our experienced EDM craftsman can create a wide variety of dies to meet your blow molding needs.
